[Feature]: Built-in MCP server support

Problem Statement

Currently, the self-hosted wardrowbe only exposes some APIs and does not expose an MCP server.

Proposed Solution

If a built-in MCP server were supported via a config option, it would help with receiving the AI-recommended outfits that this app aims to provide. If you'd like, you can refer to the tools in the wardrowbe-specific MCP server I built at github.
