Description:

The footer functionality is not working correctly on the FAQ section of the website. The footer either does not appear or fails to display the correct links, design, or content as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to the FAQ section of the website.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate the footer.
• Observe the footer's functionality and design.

Expected behavior

1. The footer should be consistently displayed across all sections of the website, including the FAQ section.
2. It should contain all expected links, content, and design elements.
3. The links in the footer should be functional and redirect to the correct pages.
