Is there a way to connect the points like in the image?

Not really answer to your question, but:
Isn't it easier to take boost.voronoi and make skeleton out of it?

Voronoi is slow and don't give a precise result.
I see many example codes where they use offsets like clipper result to create the skeleton but the one used with c# is limited.
So i think maybe there is a graph in clipper or some ways to get the ordered points.
