clean up landing page

• align design with GO standards #3
• make it clear the the "Comprehensive Catalogue" and "Tool Finder" are links
• delete everything that's not being used
• reduce space between the two nav options and the leader text
• are the image logo icons hardcoded? could we make them generate randomly for a folder of images (so that it would be trivial to add new ones or change it to be small photos of RCRC volunteers or photos of an app on a phone or whatnot)?
• can we change the "RC Select has been crafted with ♥ by Jonathan Garro, American Red Cross" to "RC Select has been crafted with ♥ by American Red Cross" (and maybe we can add a note thanking Jonathan for his work starting the project to the bottom of the main README)
