Maybe because of loading time / lag - but the Mojang logo shows up at the end.
Also while after Resource Pack reloading.

do you happen to have a mod list for reproduction, or is that just splashfox? i can't seem to reproduce it here

(Also we hide the logo in a rather "crude way", that is to replace the entire mojang logo splash texture into an empty texture, instead of preventing it from rendering, which isn't a very fancy way of doing things but shouldn't lead to inconsistencies like these... unless they changed the way the textures are registered, which i haven't looked through yet)

Mod list would be too long.
I think the way of how you described it makes sense why I have this "bug" here now.
Every time I make resource changed, the logo is visible, it's not just a random bug which occurs.
