Mismatch between stimulation node and node id with current_clamp

When you specify node_id for current_clamp, it actually clamps node_id-1, not node_id

Hi Kael, It's in pointnet, whenever using the current clamp input. I think it's because the node IDs in sonata start at 0 and the node IDs in nest start at 1. Best, Laura
