Wave serialization: Think about storing the wave name

We originally left out the wave name because it is assumed that most serialized waves are free waves. And before IP9 free waves were always called _free_.

But with IP9 free waves can have names, and then returning multiple free waves in a wave reference wave it would be nice to have a name of each of them.

• Investigate if WaveName from XOPSupport toolkit returns the name of free waves
• If yes, Add member name with the free name if it is not _free_.
