[Bug]: Various Bugs for newest release

What happened?

• Dragonsteel swords do not apply elemental effect if it is a OHKO (meat is not cooked)

• Dragon skeletons have no dead animation

• Dragon eggs randomly dupe when picked up

• Lightning Dragons go between being awake and sleep when within a certain radius

• Dragon roosts/caves dont spawn, but other features do (Hydra, Siren, etc).

As for dragon sleep, it works on all dragons, I spawned an ice dragon and it fought a cyclops, then during the fight it decided to go to sleep. Bruh

Dragon roosts/caves do spawn for me ,they are just VERY rare

Electric dragons are sleeping very often,
And skeletons don't have an animation.

1: I think this is vanilla behavior

4: time to sleep was inverted for lightning dragons, I changed it for 1.19 - I also added some extra checks to prevent them from immediately going to sleep, not sure if it was enough

5: should've only happened with certain biome mods but it's fixed in the beta builds
