Walls dont exist on latest TG?

**Issue Description: **

Removed TG map - https://webmap.affectedarc07.co.uk/maps/tgstation/kilostation/

Walls works fine

Map still in rotation - https://webmap.affectedarc07.co.uk/maps/tgstation/deltastation/

Walls are just empty space

Same for servers close to TG:

No idea if this is any helpful but maybe one of these 2 PRs might have done something?
