Paper 1.21, plugin auto disables on boot. #220
Description
Describe the bug
The plugin automatically disables itself while startup up the server, every plugin that is required is installed and the same result.
The server is running paper on version 1.21, I already downgraded from 1.21.7 as it had the same issue.
How to reproduce
Just run the paper server (on anything above 1.21 as far as I believe) and it will get the same issue.
