Typing the character ' in chat makes the hover feature break

Typing ' in chat sends the hover text in chat and a bunch of other weird stuff. See images.

Can you please reset your configs and make sure you are on the latest version? Should be fixed on latest version

I mean I will not go through and reset all of my config files that I have spent a good amount of time configuring if that is what you mean, but as for if I am running the latest version, yes (1.11.4)

You can backup your old folders and just test if it works with default config. If something is wrong in your setup how am I supposted to fix that? I need you to test with defaults first

I use a host so I cannot directly download the folder and back it up. I can contact the node and ask them if they can for me. I will do that.

Okay, after doing A LOT more digging, resetting everything, etc... I FINALLY found the issue. When you use the %message% placeholder in the click argument under chat in the format files (chat.click), it somehow causes it to send that message. My server is setup like this because the command under chat.click is "/report %player_name% Said %message%" so that clicking on it reports their message specifically to make it easier on them and staff. For now, I will simply remove the %message% placeholder from the chat.click argument, but if you could fix this that would be ideal. Thank you!
