Are you using the 32-bit version of PHP?

I'am using a Wamp server 32-bit version 3.13

Ok, this is an issue currently when using a 32-bit due to the integer being larger than 32-bit can support, and converting it to a float dynamically.

Going to see if I can resolve it. Thanks!
