User Rules scrolls to top after Save, cursor position is lost

Environment

- OS: 26.2 (25C56)
- Safari version: 26.2 (21623.1.14.11.9)

What filters do you have enabled?

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open User Rules Editor
2. Create a long list of rules (60+ lines; in my case ~300+ lines including comments)
3. Scroll to the middle or to the end of the list
4. Edit any rule
5. Press Save

Expected Behavior

• The editor preserves the scroll position
• The cursor remains at the edited rule after saving
• Saving does not interrupt the editing flow for long rule lists

Actual Behavior

• After pressing Save, the editor scrolls back to the top of the list
• Cursor position is lost
• User has to manually scroll back to the edited rule every time

indeed and its already reported plus editor crash the app at least for happend once.
