End bullets/numbers list when hitting "Enter" twice

In a bullets/numbers list, I expect to end the list after pressing "Enter" twice.

Instead, the editor adds two new bullets:

1. Hello
2. There!
3.
4.

I just checked on Chrome windows and it works as expected: pressing enter twice removes the empty bullet/number and place the cursor after the list.

Sometimes it seems to work, sometimes it doesn't. I can't find a clean way to reproduce it.
