CpsMenuComponent first item sometimes shows focus ring on target mouse click #639
When the target element is clicked, the first menu item sometimes receives the
focus-visiblestate, showing the focus ring and background. Other times, the item still receives focus, but without thefocus-visiblestyling, so the focused state is not visually indicated.
