Containment link in transformation rules is no longer visible #110
Description
Previously, when an element was placed inside a transformation rule, a green containment link appeared:
At some point, these green lines were removed.
For consistency, it would be best to re-do all examples in AToMPM and reproduce the figures for the documentation.
