README.md should specify starting assumptions

About the boot/setup scripts: What is the state of the system expected before running the boot? e.g., what is the "right directory"? Has the user cloned the source, or are they expecting to run nodeos via docker, etc. etc. I think there are quite few assumptions that are hidden so far, thanks.

The "right directory" is described in the example following that statement.
The user will need to have this repository, as well as a few other outlined in the PR description.
The steps outlined in the example/README assumes you have check out THIS repo, and are in the top-level directory.
I have not tried any of these steps, with a docker container, and quite frankly, I do not expect it to work, as the boot script requires relative paths, on the local machine.
