Installation issue -- unable to find lzma.h error when compiling htslib

Hello --

Thank you for maintaining this resource to the community.

I'm currently trying to install ngsrelate on a HPC (Linux system where I also don't have root permissions), and have encountered the following issue when trying to compile htslib, but it is erroring out with the following:

'hts.c:46:10: fatal error: lzma.h: No such file or directory'

Any advice on a workaround here?

After loading xzutils/5.2 I get further along (no longer have the lzma.h error) but am now getting a similar fatal error message related bzlib.h not being found.

I had similar issues when trying to install using the directions, but was able to use conda to install instead.
