Fact sheet to include:

EDA

• Histogram of image blurriness
• Number of images, per deployment
• Capture time (deployment_summary directory)

Inference QC

• Bluriness/crop area vs order/species confidence
• compare binary and order classifation

Inference outputs

Activity

• Number of inferences, per deployment
• Number of crops per image, per deployment
• Average number of crops/moths/insects per night, per deployment as violin plot
• Activity plot (similar to Github activity) showing the number of crops/moths per night
• Activity though the season – showing different countries on the same plot with day of year as the x-axis
• A plot of activity by latitude (average over sessions for each deployment)

• Histogram Crop sizes
• Violin plots of size patterns by latitude

• Histogram of order/binary classification
• A circular plot to show the amount of activity through the night for different insect orders
