About the image number of flickr datasets

in the doc and paper (table 1) , authors say the image number is 149k for flickr.    But the the link to the flickr dataset (https://shannon.cs.illinois.edu/DenotationGraph/)  show that. only 8k and 30k versions are provided. 

hence I want to ask if there are 149k version flickr datsets. and where can I download it it yes ?
