@rayryeng

Description

@rayryeng

When creating the conda environment with Python 3.8.5, attempting to install the required modules through pip install -r requirements.txt produces this error:

Requested pytorch_lightning==1.8.3 from https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/ed/29/3ff2f0e4fcf79309f319ac1f8b3d729959b051007e6fe30b3d21b77b54a0/pytorch_lightning-1.8.3-py3-none-any.whl (from -r requirements.txt (line 9)) has invalid metadata: .* suffix can only be used with `==` or `!=` operators
    torch (>=1.9.*)
           ~~~~~~^
Please use pip<24.1 if you need to use this version.
You will need to downgrade pip in order for this to work. The default version of pip in this environment is 24.3.1.
As such:
pip install "pip<24.1"
If you'd like me to make a pull request that modifies the README to specify this, please let me know.
