Trying to block the letter 'v' results in blocking the letter 'w' instead

Tested on server version: git-Paper-216 (MC: 1.18.1)

Console:

As you can see, under the Regex, 'w' is added instead of 'v'. Hence, players can say 'vet' but cannot say 'wet'.
