Cargo workspace-wide builds?

Clippy and docs would be more appropriate as cargo workspace wide builds. Do I remember correctly that this would require some upstream dream2nix development?

yes, this needs dream2nix work (which is somewhat non-trivial). i haven't worked on this too much after an initial attempt mostly because i don't really think it's a priority though. alternatively nci could directly use crane but i don't really want to do this as it kinda defeats the purpose of keeping that machinery in dream2nix and not leak out into nci too much
