Using send command without arguments (may be other cmds too)

Make ability to cast just dmail send, then bot will ask subject for message, you will answer with a topic name and then bot ask about content and you will typing text.

Optional may be make ability to collect multiple messages (due 2000 chars limit), if that you may add reaction to every message, i.e. you write some post and appear reaction :white_check_mark: (react on it will send message) and :heavy_plus_sign: (react on it will wait for another message and reaction cleared from it).

Kinda related, but the "reply" command does not need arguments now.

Without arguments, it replies to the newest email you recieved

You won't be able to use the d.js collectors - Consider making a new table in the RethinkDB database.

I like how the bot is currently, it's very easy for me to send a message with "dmail send [text here]". For me, it would slow me down, and when I send emails with this bot, I try to make my messages brief.
