[Help] Xiaozhi/Watch Device - USB Not Recognized & Firmware Update

I recently purchased this ESP32 Xiaozhi project, and I believe the board is the N16R8 version.

I am trying to connect it to my computer to extract board information and look for firmware updates, but when I plug it in, there is no hardware signal or device recognition in the computer's Device Manager.

Does anyone know how to properly connect it? Also, if the board is indeed the N16R8, could anyone provide the latest firmware update?

1. Make sure your device supports a USB serial console.
2. Make sure your USB cable supports data transfer (Note: Some inexpensive cables only have power delivery pins).
