Unable to log in to ipa ranger

Currently, there is an apple id that cannot be logged in to ipa ranger, showing something wrong, but it is possible to switch to another account.

I have removed all trusted devices and changed the password of this Apple account that I can't log in to, but I still can't log in. How can I solve this problem?
