Adding ShortcutHook to Productivity. It's a lightweight windows automation utility that transforms mouse gestures, keyboard chords and app states into powerful workflows with a modern WPF UI application. It's a free, open-source C# project, so I have added the OSS marker.
AutoHotkey already sits in this category, so it felt like the right place to add my project. Slotted alphabetically before STranslate.
